NOTICE to Real Estate Agents & Title Companies:

1) Property owners in  Lake Thunderbird are required to pay annual association membership dues in the amount of $85.00.  This is not voluntary.

2) Although assessed in the past, the LTOA is not currently assessing new late payment or property transfer fees.  All past fees of this nature are currently under review by the Board of Directors and options for action to address these fees will be submitted to the General Membership at the 2009 Annual Meeting.

3) Properties sold or purchased may or may not have current liens filed with the Bastrop County Clerks Office.  If so, each situation is unique and may be adjusted according to the circumstance of the lien.  In no case will deliquent Annual Membership Dues be adjusted.  These must always be paid to release a lien.

4) To request information related to a filed lien and amounts owed to the LTOA for the purpose of a property sale or purchase, please  email your inquiry to jim@lakethunderbirdoa.com.  Every effort will be made to provide a timely and informative response.
