Read Subdivision Restrictions before you start

!!! Subdivision Restrictions Enforced !!!  

1. No Mobile homes over 5 years old

2. Check with Bastrop county on septic systems.

3. Before you buy property in L.T.O.A. check with the L.T.O.A. Board of Directors on back Maintainance Fee's owed and other imformation about property.

You move in without proper permits we will move you back out

4. If any building is built or mobile home moved in plans must be submitted to L.T.O.A. and approved.  

5. Any mobile home to be moved in requires a copy of the title with year model of mobile home and if mobile home is not new pictures of the outside of mobile home must be submitted to L.T.O.A. and approved.  

6. All permits from Bastrop County and State of Texas must be posted on the property before any building is built or mobile home moved in. 

All driveways must have culverts and if septic system is installed permit must be purchased from Bastrop County and location plans for septic system submitted to L.T.O.A. All plans must be approved by L.T.O.A. before construction or moving in a mobile home.

 Water service and approved septic system must be installed prior to occupancy. Find out where water mains are, because you can not be within 10 ft. with a structure.

L.T.O.A. fiscal year is from June 1 to May 31. Our membership cards run the same as our fiscal year. Each year we will send you a invoice for the maintenance fee owed on your property and upon payment, you will receive a L.T.O.A. membership card. To use L.T.O.A. facilities (Pool, Lakes and Community building) and have a vote in the June meeting you are required to have a current membership card.

Maintenance fees starting in June 1, 2009 will be $85.00.
