Lake Thunderbird Subdivision is maintained by the property owners of  L.T.O.A. Maintenance Fees

of $85.00 per year for each property owner. Due June 1 of each year..

Here Is What The Money From Maintenance Fees Are Used For !!

Street lights: 

The Lakes: Mowing, Stocking Fish, and Repairs, 

(Buildings: Electricity, Water, Repair) We just had new roof put on Community Building

(Swimming Pool: Electric, Water, Caretaker, Repairs, Supplies)

(Property Tax: on Pool, Building, Lakes, & L.T.O.A. land), 

Insurance, Repairs and Improvements on L.T.O.A. Property.

 Lake Thunderbird is located 4 miles north of Smithville Texas on HWY 2104

45 min. East of Austin, Texas   !!! Subdivision Restrictions Enforced !!!
